Oil/Diesel spillage on the River Cam
As you may be aware, there was a suspected diesel spillage in the local area this morning (Wednesday 25 February).
While the incident is unrelated to the Wellcome Genome Campus, it has reached our wetlands.
We alerted the Environment Agency this morning, and they are working on the clean-up.
We have put measures in place to minimise the impact to the wetlands and protect our wildlife. This includes containment booms along our stretch of the river, to capture and contain the spill.
While the booms are in place, and the clean-up efforts continue, we ask that members of the public and those walking dogs please avoid going near the edge of the water at the wetlands.
If you have any questions, please contact

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

aaron-burden-AvqpdLRjABs-unspl
Here's what to expect if you're coming to Church on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at one of our three Churches (details here) for our main Sunday Service, which starts at 10am.

We usually serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Duxford and Ickleton Churches have a toilet.

Children are more than welcome to all of our 10am services, however the services on the first and second Sunday of the month in Ickleton are more children orientated.
