COLLECT
Almighty God,
who through your only-begotten Son Jesus Christ
have overcome death and opened us to the gate of everlasting life:
grant that, as by your grace going before us you put into our minds good desires,
so by your continual help we may bring them to good effect;
through Jesus Christ our risen Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.

EXTRA
New Co-Head appointment Laura Johnson has been appointed as co-head to join Sarah Medley from September 2025.  There were 11 applicants (quite unusual for a head position!) and 3 candidates were interviewed.  It was a difficult decision but Laura's passion for the school and her positive outlook gave her the edge on the day.  It is a really difficult time to be leading a school so please keep the leadership team, Suzanne Blackburne-Maze, Sarah and Laura, in your prayers.

Change to Compline in Hinxton Thursday evening Compline will be at 6pm on the first Thursday of the month going forward.

We are invited to choral evensong at Jesus College on 20 May. Light refreshments available from 5pm and evensong starts at 6.30pm.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

aaron-burden-AvqpdLRjABs-unspl
Here's what to expect if you're coming to Church on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at one of our three Churches (details here) for our main Sunday Service, which starts at 10am.

We usually serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Duxford and Ickleton Churches have a toilet.

Children are more than welcome to all of our 10am services, however the services on the first and second Sunday of the month in Ickleton are more children orientated.
