COLLECT
Almighty and everlasting God,
increase in us your gift of faith that, forsaking what lies behind and reaching to that which is before,
we may run the way of your commandments and win the crown of everlasting joy;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.

Safeguarding Audit: In February 2026, a full independent audit is going to be completed to understand where we are as a Diocese and Cathedral in respect of Safeguarding. As part of this audit, INEQE, the company carrying out the audit are asking for as many people to contribute as possible. They have created surveys for people to complete and the link to these are below. It is so important that anyone who is part of our Diocese, in whatever capacity, has the opportunity to have their say and have their voice heard as part of this process. The more voices that INEQE can hear, the more they will be able to understand where we are on our journey and what we still need to do to ensure everyone in our Church community is kept safe. Please can I urge you all to complete the Survey. It is confidential and anonymous so you can say whatever you feel and it will only be used to inform INEQE’s final report.
The surveys are now open and will close on 2nd December. Link to survey: https://ineqe.com/churchofengland/Ely/
If you have any questions about the Audit, please email ineqe.audit@elydiocese.org.  Sarah Kennedy, Head of Safeguarding in our Diocese.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

aaron-burden-AvqpdLRjABs-unspl
Here's what to expect if you're coming to Church on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at one of our three Churches (details here) for our main Sunday Service, which starts at 10am.

We usually serve tea, coffee and biscuits after the service.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Duxford and Ickleton Churches have a toilet.

Children are more than welcome to all of our 10am services, however the services on the first and second Sunday of the month in Ickleton are more children orientated.
