The Church of England is the national church in England, and as such it exists to serve the spiritual needs of everyone who lives in the country. It is your church, there when you need it, like the fire brigade and the National Health Service. You can be sure of being made welcome.
You may have a joyous life event to celebrate such as a wedding or baptism. The life event may be a less joyous occasion, involving a funeral perhaps. We are here to support you through all such events, helping to guide you through the various rules and procedures and help you reflect on what you want. These webpages on specific service types will give you some information and you can find out more by contacting the vicar directly.
In addition to these big life events we also worship together, pray together and explore questions of faith together as a community. Again details of these different services and activities can be found in these webpages.
